I’m Roxy, I’m a mental health therapist and business coach in Chesterfield and I’ve been running businesses for almost 9 years. I have a small team and a knack for explaining things, exactly as they are! No fluff, no drama, no complication. I’m unbelievably comfortable in my skin, I really care about people – and I know what I’m on about!

I’ve worked in and across lots of sectors, including law, media, retail, healthcare and have a corporate background. I couldn’t stand all of the waffle that came with some of the training I received, so I vowed to always focus on the practical advice that actually helps people grow their skills in both business and personal development!

And, because I’m a qualified, practising mental health therapist, I can also teach the soft, interpersonal skills that are needed in the world right now!
